Your family doesn't end here — it changes.
Let's make sure it changes well. And thrives. Guided by someone who has lived this — and spent 25 years helping people move through life's hardest moments. For couples and families ready to navigate with care what comes next. Because how you navigate this moment shapes everything that follows.
Break open. Restructure. A new us.
Break open: Clarity about where you are — and openness to where you could go. Restructure: Find new agreements, new understanding, and new ground to stand on together. A new us: A family that looks different — and functions better. Most clients come in not knowing what to expect. What they discover is a structured, supported process — one that moves at your pace, honors both perspectives, and keeps your family's future at the center of every conversation.
Professional support for family transitions
A different kind of support for a defining moment. People often arrive at mediation wanting a faster, less costly alternative to court. What they often discover is something more — a process that helps them communicate better, understand each other more honestly, and make decisions they can live with long after the sessions end.
Divorce & Separation Mediation
A neutral, structured process to help you and your partner reach agreements on the decisions that matter most — parenting, finances, property, and how you’ll move forward together as a family, even if you’re no longer a couple.
Family & Co-Parenting Mediation
For families navigating ongoing conflict after separation — when communication has broken down, when children are caught in the middle, or when circumstances change and agreements need to evolve.
Mediation Coaching
For individuals who want support preparing for mediation — understanding their own needs and interests, developing communication strategies, and entering the process with clarity and confidence rather than reactivity.
Communication and Self-Management Skills
Most conflict isn't really about the issue on the table — it's about how we hear each other, and how we manage ourselves when emotions run high. This service builds practical skills that make every conversation more productive: expressing your needs clearly, listening in a way that lands, and staying grounded in triggers and discomfort.

I'm Lori Lennox.
I became a mediator because I believe that how a family transitions is as important as anything that came before it. I've been a coach for 25 years — working with people through the most pivotal moments of their professional and personal lives. I understand human behavior, communication, and what it actually takes to move from conflict to productivity. I've trained extensively in facilitative and transformative mediation approaches, studied conscious parenting, difficult conversations, and the psychology of how people grow — and get stuck. I bring all of that into the room. I've also lived this. I know what it feels like to stand at this crossroads — fearful, grieving, sure and unsure, and fiercely committed to protecting your children. And I know that it's possible to come through it whole, your family standing in a new form, and even — unexpectedly — with growth you didn't see coming. That's what I'm here to help you find.
